Citizens of Russia and CIS countries require a visa to enter Estonia.Airport transit visa (type A) (not for Russian citizens)

Airport transit visa is issued for arriving at the transit zone of the Estonian airport, for staying in it and departing from there to the next transit state or to the country of destination to which the foreigner has the right to enter. A transit visa through the airport does not give the right to enter Estonia and stay in Estonia. A transit visa through the airport is issued for up to 3 months.
When applying for a transit visa through the airport, the state fee for consideration of a visa application is paid at the Consulate General in euros – 60 euro

Short stay visa (Type C) 
A short-term visa is issued for a single or multiple entry into the Schengen area and stay on its territory.
Single-entry short-term visa is issued for a stay of up to 90 calendar days and a validity period of up to 6 months.
Multiple short-term visa is issued for a stay of up to 90 calendar days within 6 months and a validity period of up to 5 years. More
